Section 24
Penalty Punishment
(1) During the sale and distribution of land according to section 21, if anyone obtains land by false pretenses, the said land shall be confiscated by the order of the designated authority.
(2) During the sale and distribution according to section 21, if a person who gets the land violates anything written in section 23 and sells the land or gives away the right or part of it or if the land or its crops are mortgaged, such transaction shall be canceled by the order of the designated authority. And the bag of the person who took the land will be confiscated.
